Editing manuscript of ‘Twice-Born’

Been working on the manuscript of the first book in ‘The Naraka Cycle’ for the past few months has been an enriching experience. I’ve read parts of the Valmiki Ramayana, the Agni Purana, Padma Purana, Vishnu Purana and Kurma Purana in Sanskrit and in English. It’s been exciting to research the flora and fauna of the Simha Aranya (the forest of lions) to Raa Vun’s experiences during the Trial of Seven Days.

Discovered a few blog posts on the cuisine of ancient India. Researched characters and their origin stories in the Valmiki Ramayana from the original Sanskrit.
